The Friends of the Central Experimental Farm is dedicated to fostering public enjoyment and appreciation of Ottawa’s Central Experimental Farm and its value as a National Historic Site. The Friends maintains and enhances the Dominion Arboretum, the Ornamental Gardens, and the Merivale Shelterbelt, in partnership with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and raises public awareness and knowledge about the Farm’s history and its tree and plant collections.
