WHERE: The tour will start at Building 72 in the Arboretum.

Description: Trees provide many benefits in the urban landscape, and they also face a lot of unique challenges. This tour will look at what goes into urban tree species selection and some of the current and future issues facing urban trees in Ontario. We’ll also touch on some of Ottawa’s efforts to preserve, grow, and improve the urban canopy.
